We will always issue full refunds on unused calls but not unused minutes, and will issue credit to your account in cases where your enjoyment of our services was disrupted due to technical problems with our systems.

If you are unsatisfied with the service offered, after your first purchase, you may contact us before placing anymore purchases. We will review your issue and at our sole discretion may issue refunds on a case by case basis. Please note that this is only offered for new customers who try our service for the first time. No refunds are given on second and other purchases if the credits are used.
